ONE-ON-ONE GUIDANCE & INDEPENDENT STUDY

This one-on-one YTT program is designed especially for yogis who prefer a more intimate learning environment. It is for those who desire to build a deeper connection to their personal practice by exploring in-depth the origins of yoga as well as yoga philosophy. It is for those who wish to teach + guide others in their practice, and it is also for those who simply wish to deepen their practice far beyond the physical.
The majority of the required 200 hours will be obtained through one-on-one sessions with Tiya, with the other hours being gained through independent study (i.e. online modules, written assignments, student teaching, etc.)
The length of the program will vary depending on the schedule of each individual student. Those who have more flexibility/availability in their schedule would be able to complete required contact (in-person) hours at a faster pace. You have the freedom to make this opportunity whatever you need it to be.
