About the Event
Turn your lights down low, Love. Let's wind down and get into our bodies with a 60-minute stretch session. This offering is ideal for all yogis, whether beginner or seasoned. Be sure to wear comfortable clothing. Have a blanket (or two) handy, along with a yoga strap ( you can use a belt or scarf) for stretching, yoga blocks (or stacks of books), and cushions or pillows. These things are not mandatory, however they do offer added support throughout practice.
